Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. However, last minute cancelations/no shows leave gaps in our schedules that can't be filled, which results in loss of revenue. 

Cancelation Policy: We ask that you cancel before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Anything less than that will require a 50% deposit to reschedule.

No Show Policy: 50% of your scheduled service amount will be invoiced to you. This will be required to be paid before booking another appointment with us.

Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients. This will be considered a no show and will be invoiced accordingly.
